đ Hollerin' Huckleberry Pepper Jelly Wings đ
Get ready for a flavor explosion that will have everyone at the table hollering for more! These wings are glazed in our award-winning Hollerin' Huckleberry Pepper Jelly, blending the sweet and tangy punch of wild-foraged Huckleberries with the fiery kick of Habanero peppers. Smoky, sweet, spicy, and oh-so-delicious, these wings will make your next wing night a memorable experience!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- 1/2 cup Hollerin' Huckleberry Pepper Jelly
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (for extra sweetness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Fresh cilantro or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prep the Wings:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels (this helps get them crispy!).
- Toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Make sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake the Wings:
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack (for extra crispiness).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden, crispy, and cooked through.
- Make the Glaze:
- While the wings are baking, make the glaze by combining the Hollerin' Huckleberry Pepper Jelly, soy sauce and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until the jelly has melted and the sauce is smooth (about 3-4 minutes).
- Let the sauce simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Coat the Wings:
- Once the wings are out of the oven, toss them in the Hollerin' Huckleberry glaze, making sure each wing is generously coated in that sweet and spicy goodness.
- Serve:
- Garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions for a fresh burst of flavor.
