Sizzlin' PB&J French Toast
Bringing 2 great classics together in one mouth watering dish!
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter over 4 slices of bread
2. Spread Sizzlin' Strawberry over 4 other slices of bread
3. Put pieces together to make PB&J sandwich
4. In bowl, whisk eggs and cream together
5. Dip sandwich in egg mixture
6. Cook in pan on medium heat until golden brown, approx. 2 minutes each side
7. Dust with powdered sugar, strawberries and maple syrup.
- 1 pkg Texas style toast
- 1 container peanut butter
- 1 jar Sizzlin’ Strawberry, Marionberry Blast or Black Jack pepper jelly
- 1 pkg. fresh strawberries quartered
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cups cream
- Powdered Sugar for dusting
- Maple Syrup for drizzlin’
