Roasted Poblano Chili

  • 2 large sweet onions diced
  • 5 Lbs. Ground Beef (80/20) or specific ground for chili at your local meat market
  • 2 cans drained red kidney beans
  • 2 cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes.
  • 4 oz tomato paste
  • 1 Tbs. That’s Good Garlic or 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2-3 roasted Poblano peppers
  • 1 roasted Jalapeño
  • 3 oz Sneaky Ghost Pepper Jelly
  • 3 Tbs of Chili Blend Seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 16 oz Beef Stock - add this to reach the desired thickness
  • 6-8 oz beer

Serve with our Jalapeno Cornbread Puddin’
