Roasted Poblano Chili
- 2 large sweet onions diced
- 5 Lbs. Ground Beef (80/20) or specific ground for chili at your local meat market
- 2 cans drained red kidney beans
- 2 cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes.
- 4 oz tomato paste
- 1 Tbs. That’s Good Garlic or 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 2-3 roasted Poblano peppers
- 1 roasted Jalapeño
- 3 oz Sneaky Ghost Pepper Jelly
- 3 Tbs of Chili Blend Seasoning
- 2 tsp. Celery Salt
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 16 oz Beef Stock - add this to reach the desired thickness
- 6-8 oz beer
