Poppin' Raspberry and Broccoli Salad
- 2-3 cups broccoli florets
- 1-2 large avocados, cubed
- 6-8 oz fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup poppy seed dressing
- 2 Tbs. Raspberry Habanero pepper jelly
Directions:
1. Cut florets in to smaller pieces
2. Cut avocado into cubes
3. In bowl, whisk together poppy seed dressing and raspberry Habanero jelly
4. Add broccoli and cubed avocado to dressing
5. Gently fold ingredients until evenly coated
6. Toss fresh raspberries in and serve.
Be creative and add blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds or dried craisins.
