Mango Pico de Gallo​

Ingredients for Mango Pico de Gallo salsa from Rose City Pepperheads jelly
  • 1 lg avocado, cubed
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 8 strawberries, cubed
  • 1-2 jalapeno’s, cubed
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Mango Madness pepper jelly
  • Bunch of cilantro, diced


Fold all ingredients in bowl and serve w/tortilla chips, over salmon fillet, or mini tacos.
