Hawaiian Jalapeno Pulled Pork Sliders

  1. Salt and Pepper your Pork shoulder or Pork Butt then sear in oil on stove top.
  2. Once seared deglaze with 3/4 cup of chicken or vegetable  stock and 6 oz of our Hawaiian Jalapeño Pepper Jelly.
  3. Cover and place in an ovenproof pan with lid or cover with foil.
  4. Cook at 300 degree oven for 3 hours. Baste a couple times with liquid during cooking process.

The pork pulls apart and shreds easily. We make our sliders with kings Hawaiian Rolls, lettuce , onions and our favorite condiments . You can also serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Use leftovers for breakfast and sear with smashed potatoes and poached eggs for an tasty hash. Freeze leftover for many more meals!
