Autumn Ember Margarita
- 2 oz dark rum or aged tequila
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz pomegranate juice
- ½ oz Scorpion Sting Hot Sauce
- Egg white or aquafaba (optional for foam)
1. Dry shake (without ice) to froth, then shake again with ice and strain into a coupe.
2. Garnish with a few pomegranate arils or a rosemary sprig.
